Regular priced items may be returned within 24 hours, with receipts

Special orders are final sales

Custom framing orders can be cancelled the same day. There will be a $60 consulting fee

Blue Lotus takes no responsibility for the quality of art provided by customers for framing or printing

Blue Lotus, its staff or representatives will have no liability for any art stored at our premises
